The pre-construction walkthrough
Confirming existing conditions, protection needs, and access before mobilization — the baseline everything else gets measured against.
Progress walkthroughs
Regular, scheduled check-ins against the milestone schedule, where we confirm completed work matches the drawings before it's covered by the next phase.
The punch-list walkthrough
Near completion, we walk the project with you specifically to catch what needs finishing or correcting before final sign-off — this is your walkthrough as much as ours.
